At the time of launch, your business offering will be live on the Mainvest platform but not visible on the Mainvest discovery page until you reach $10k/10 investor threshold. While you will be listed on the Mainvest discovery after reaching the threshold, in no way does this guarantee you will get enough investment to reach your target.

You are responsible for marketing your investment offering to the general public for the entire duration of your investment campaign.
