Currently, there is no public market to sell revenue sharing notes bought on Mainvest. This means it will be hard to find a buyer for your revenue sharing note. In addition, the business or businesses you hold a revenue sharing note in may restrict your ability to transfer your promissory note.
If you do find an avenue for sale that is agreed upon by the business, any transfer of your promissory note must comply with the securities laws.
