If you’ve been referred to Mainvest by a friend or redeemed a promo code, you’ll see credit listed on your Portfolio Summary.

If you believe that you should have credit that isn’t listed in your Portfolio Summary, contact support.

Your credit will automatically apply to your next investment- you’ll see a confirmation on the final screen before confirming an investment.

You’ll be able to see which investments had promo credits applied in Transactions.

If you cancel an investment or are refunded, your credit will go back into your Mainvest account. Credits will never be transferred externally into your bank account.
